It's an anthro Liepard, from the Pokémon games. Ever since I saw this Pokémon for the first time, I always thought she looked like she'd make a very nice anthro girl.
It's a suggestive picture, but I don't think it needs a mature content tag. Her breasts are well covered by all that beautiful fur. For the background I tried something I don't usually do. It looks like this cat lives in a luxury home right on the edge of the ocean.
I colored it in Flash because it just isn't the kind of picture that looks OK without color. And not just because of her commentary.
