Celestina - How did you get in here?!

Here's a picture of pregnant Celestina. She's was kneeling on her bed in the morning, undressed, combing her hair using a small mirrror. She was interrupted by the presence of someone looking at her from the corner of her bed. I don't have any explanation for that, but she's uncomfortable.
